As our fleet expands, we’re looking for a driven and experienced Owner-Operator Recruiter  to help us bring on the best independent drivers in the industry. Job Overview: The Owner-Operator Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified owner-operators to join our fleet. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in transportation recruitment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Proactively source and recruit qualified owner-operators through online platforms, cold calls, job boards, social media, and industry events Screen candidates to ensure compliance with DOT and company standards Coordinate onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and setup Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates Work closely with operations to understand current capacity needs and hiring targets Maintain accurate records and track KPIs related to recruitment Qualifications: 2+ years of experience recruiting in the trucking or logistics industry Strong understanding of owner-operator requirements, DOT regulations, and onboarding processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently Familiarity with recruiting tools, CRM systems, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) What We Offer: Competitive compensation (base + performance bonuses) Flexible work environment (remote or hybrid options) Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company Supportive team and streamlined hiring process (Any specific perks: Paid time off, health benefits, etc.)
