About the Role As an HR Officer, you will support the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and development. This is an opportunity to build careers, foster culture, and support SCG’s commitment to people-first growth . Key Responsibilities Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding programs. Support employee engagement, CSR activities, and internal communications. Organize training and track development plans. Handle HR records, contracts, and HRIS updates. Support payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws. Provide day-to-day HR support and respond to employee queries. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field. 0–3 years of HR experience; new graduates with strong potential are welcome . Good communication and organizational skills. Proactive and detail-oriented, with a people-first mindset.
