Now, we’re looking for enthusiastic interns to join us and grow together.Role: HR InternResponsibilities:• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures• Create employee handbook and guidelines• Establish performance management systems• Manage compensation and benefits packages• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution• Design and implement training and development programs• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation• Support organizational culture developmentRequirements:• Strong communication and people skills• Basic knowledge of HR functions and tools• Good organizational and time-management skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Eagerness to learn and take initiativeDetails:• This is a unpaid internship• Remote and flexible working hours• Certificate and Letter of Recommendation will be provided• Top performers may get a chance for a paid opportunity or PPO
