Department: School of Management / Human Resource ManagementReporting To: Head of Department – HR / Dean – School of ManagementRole Overview:We are inviting applications from qualified, passionate, and research-driven professionals for the position of Assistant Professor in Human Resources. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, engaging in impactful research, and contributing to academic and institutional development within the School of Management.Key Responsibilities:Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate-level courses in areas such as Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation Management, and Industrial RelationsEngage in curriculum development and adopt innovative pedagogy to enhance student learningGuide student research, projects, and internships in HR-related domainsConduct independent and collaborative research and publish in reputed journalsParticipate in faculty development programs, departmental meetings, and university committeesRequired Qualifications & Experience:MBA / Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, or related field. MBA with a PhD will be preferable.Minimum 3 years of teaching & research experience at the university or college level with a Ph.D in Management/Human Resources from a recognized institution or registration in Ph.D, and industry experience in the respective field also preferred.Familiarity with UGC norms and academic regulationsDesired Competencies:Excellent verbal and written communication and classroom engagement skillsKnowledge of digital learning tools and platforms (LMS, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)Research orientation with interest in publishing and paper presentationsWillingness to collaborate with faculty and contribute to institution building initiatives
