The ideal candidate will be well-versed in core HR functions with hands-on experience managing workforce operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and enhancing employee welfare. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle dynamic HR challenges in a manufacturing or labor-intensive environment.Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of contractor and contract labor operations, including attendance tracking, contractor billing, and resolving labor-related issues. Conduct recruitment and onboarding for worker-level employees and apprentices. Oversee exit and separation processes for both regular and contractual staff. Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations and labor laws. Administer and manage employee medical and asset insurance policies. Plan and implement employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture. Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and file management systems. Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and disputes professionally and promptly. Liaise with and visit government offices for official HR-related matters when required.Qualifications Master’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Pleasant personality with a professional and approachable demeanor. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in a similar HR role, particularly in a manufacturing or labor-intensive setting, is preferred.
