Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the JobThis position plays a critical role to drive the HR agenda of the organization through Business Partnering with the specified client group, Compensation and Benefits strategy implementation at country level and ensuring HR compliance.Job DescriptionBusiness Partnering •Focus on Employee Engagement, Performance Management and Talent Development •Implement initiatives/best practices to meet the business needs of the organization •Succession planning, critical talent identification, countermeasures for attrition •Regular connect with team members and managers to understand pulse of the organization •Act as coach and guide to stakeholders to elevate the level of business partnering •Work closely with TA & HR Ops team to drive selection process and HR processes for selected client group •Manage Plant HR related activitiesCompensation & Benefits • Closely work with regional C&B team to drive global C&B guidelines at country level. Rigor around C&B Analytics and track budget utilization on an ongoing basis. • Implement the C&B strategy for bioMérieux South Asia focusing on differentiated compensation. Close the annual salary review within timelines with high quality calibrations. • Ensure accuracy of input on HRIS to always have real time correct data in system. • Conduct trainings on C&B for people managers. • SPOC for all external benchmarking surveys • Help in implementation of Job Architecture Project • Benefit and policy benchmarking to be industry competitive. • Responsible for monthly payroll input, salary processing and provision inputs to Finance team.HR Compliance • Ensure all statutory requirements related to payroll like PF, ESIC, Taxes are adhered to. • Responsible for plant HR Compliances related to labour law. • Own HR related Audit aspects including mandatory trainings for plant • Work closely with external vendors to ensure compliance on all HR related aspects.Skills and Qualifications • Good understanding of C&B related aspects • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Self-driven and agile • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders in a matrix organization
