We are looking for a driven and resourceful Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and onboard top-tier talent. You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing to offer rollout—working closely with hiring managers and leadership to ensure timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys stakeholder management, and knows how to find talent that fits both the role and the culture.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle recruitment across functions—tech, business, operations, or domain-specificWork with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal profiles, and sourcing strategyProactively source candidates using job boards, databases, LinkedIn, and other channelsScreen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interview processesMaintain clear communication with candidates, ensuring a great experience throughoutPartner with leadership on compensation benchmarks and offer negotiationsMaintain ATS or hiring dashboards and provide weekly hiring status reportsStay updated with industry trends and build strong talent pipelines for future rolesWhat You Bring2–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast-growing or high-performance environmentsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsExperience managing multiple open roles simultaneously without compromising qualityStrong sourcing skills—Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, etc.Understanding of hiring metrics, compensation benchmarks, and interview best practicesBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
