We are dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and achieving customer success in the chemical industry.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and innovation-driven professional to join our R&D team for the development of advanced Hair Care & Personal Care formulations.Key Responsibilities:·        Develop innovative formulations for shampoos, conditioners, treatments, styling products, moisturizers & sunscreens·        Conduct research on hair biology, scalp physiology & formulation science·        Evaluate new active ingredients and raw materials·        Perform stability, sensory, and performance testing·         Support product claims through instrumental & clinical evaluations·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Packaging & Manufacturing·       Stay updated with market trends and emerging technologies in personal careRequired Skills:·       Expertise in formulation chemistry & personal care products·       Strong knowledge of surfactants, polymers, conditioning agents & active ingredients·       Hands-on experience in hair testing techniques and performance analysis·       4–8 years of experience in Personal Care/Hair Care R&D.·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Trichology, or related scientific fields.
