Overview:We are hiring an Aesthetic Dermatologist to join our training team at the institute. This role involves not just performing procedures, but also training and guiding doctors in aesthetic medicine.You will work closely with trainees, help them understand treatments in a practical way, and ensure they develop both skill and confidence in real clinical settings.Responsibilities: Conduct patient consultations as part of training sessionsDemonstrate aesthetic procedures step-by-step to traineesTrain doctors in all Aesthetic Medicine procedures.Supervise trainees and correct techniques in real timeExplain treatment planning, patient selection, and complication handling in simple termsEnsure all procedures follow strict safety, hygiene, and ethical standardsHelp structure and improve training modules and sessionsMaintain proper case documentation for teaching and learning purposesRequirements: Qualification: MDStrong experience in aesthetic procedures (injectables + energy-based devices)Good teaching ability - can break down complex procedures into simple stepsConfident communicator with a patient and practical approachStrong focus on safety, protocols, and ethical practiceComfortable handling both patients and trainee doctors together
