This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced clinical environment while working with a diverse patient base.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Procedures: Perform routine dental treatments including scaling, polishing, simple extractions, and basic restorative work (fillings).Patient Consultation: Conduct thorough oral examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and explain treatment plans clearly to patients.Diagnostics: Take and interpret dental X-rays (IOPA/OPG) to assist in diagnosis.Assistance: Assist senior consultants during specialized procedures such as Root Canal Treatments (RCT), implants, or orthodontic adjustments.Clinic Management: Ensure sterilization protocols are strictly followed and maintain accurate digital/physical patient records.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution.Registration: Valid DCI/State Dental Council registration.Skills: * Strong communication (Fluent English speaking is a must) and interpersonal skills to build patient rapport.Basic proficiency in general dentistry procedures.Eagerness to learn and adapt to the clinic’s workflow.Proximity: Candidates residing in or near Gurgaon (Palam Vihar, Sector 22/23, Dwarka) will be preferred.Why Join Us?Mentorship: Opportunity to work under and learn from experienced senior specialists.Growth: Competitive salary Environment: Modern clinic setup with a focus on patient-centric care.
