The team takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for patients of all ages, ensuring personalized attention and optimal outcomes.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Receptionist at Dr. Isha Dental & Implant Centre based in Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. The Medical Receptionist will manage front-desk operations, including welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, and maintaining patient records. The role requires liaising with healthcare professionals, ensuring smooth communication, and providing outstanding service to all patients. The Medical Receptionist will also handle administrative duties to support the efficient functioning of the clinic.Timings 10am to 7PMWeekly off: SundaySalary: Rs. 18000 + incentivesKey skills required: Well spoken English, can operate computer/iPad, basic data entry in software, calling patients, fee collection QualificationsProficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist DutiesStrong Phone Etiquette and interpersonal communication skillsFamiliarity with Medical Terminology and Medical Office operationsOrganizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environmentExperience with basic administrative tasks and handling patient recordsProficiency in computer systems and appointment management softwareCustomer service orientation and problem-solving abilitiesPrior experience in a similar role or healthcare setting is preferredvide effective oral care.QualificationsProficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist DutiesStrong Clerical Skills for managing appointments, records, and administrative tasksExcellent Communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional experience in Customer Service with a patient-focused approachOrganizational skills to oversee front desk operationsFamiliarity with dental or healthcare industry operations is a plusProficiency with relevant computer systems and appointment scheduling softwareHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or customer service are advantageous
