Job Description: Speech Therapist / Speech-Language PathologistFor our MNC Client CompanyPosition: Speech Therapist Locations: Delhi & Hyderabad Experience: 3 – 4 Years Compensation: Up to ₹14,00,000 LPA Education: BASLP (Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology) or MASLP (Master of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology) Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our clinical teams across our Delhi and Hyderabad centers. In this role, you will be instrumental in diagnosing and treating a variety of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care and significantly improve the quality of life for your clients.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough screenings and diagnostic evaluations to identify speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in patients.Design, implement, and monitor individualized, evidence-based therapy plans tailored to specific patient needs and clinical goals.Provide direct clinical therapy sessions to patients (pediatric and/or adult populations, depending on clinical focus).Counsel and educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies, home programs, and effective communication techniques.Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation, including evaluation reports, daily session notes, and progress summaries.Collaborate cross-functionally with physicians, psychologists, occupational therapists, and educators to ensure comprehensive patient care.The Ideal Candidate (Must-Haves):Education: A completed BASLP or MASLP degree from a recognized institution.Licensure: Valid and active registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) is strictly mandatory.Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven clinical experience in assessing and treating speech and language disorders.Core Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, patience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with patients of varying ages and abilities.Language: Professional fluency in English and Hindi (for Delhi) or Telugu/Hindi (for Hyderabad) is highly preferred to effectively manage local patient demographics.What We Offer:A highly competitive CTC of up to ₹14 LPA.The opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive, and multidisciplinary clinical environment.Clear pathways for professional development and continuous clinical learning.
