The Hospital Pharmacist will manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensure accurate dispensing of medications, and provide pharmaceutical care to support optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities include compounding medications, managing inventory, offering guidance on proper medication usage, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality care for patients. This role requires adherence to medical protocols and a patient-focused approach to all activities.QualificationsProficiency in Pharmacy and Pharmacy Practice principles to ensure the safe and accurate preparation and dispensing of medicationsKnowledge of Medicine and Pharmaceutical Care to provide expert advice and optimized patient treatment plansExperience with Compounding techniques and the ability to customize formulations to meet patient-specific needsStrong organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and ensure inventory managementAttention to detail and a focus on regulatory compliance and patient safetyPharmacist licensure and a degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or Pharm.D)Experience in a clinical or hospital pharmacy setting is a strong advantage
