Additional duties include assessing students' progress, providing feedback, and participating in academic discussions and curriculum development to align with the latest advancements in healthcare education.Qualifications Strong teaching and facilitation skills in medical education In-depth knowledge and expertise in relevant medical specialties Ability to assess and evaluate students' academic performance and provide constructive feedback Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and academic coordination Proficiency in communication, mentorship, and fostering student engagement Minimum qualification of an MBBS degree; postgraduate medical degrees (e.g., MD, MS) preferred Previous teaching or academic experience in medical fields is an added advantage Dedication to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for learning
