Additionally, we have aspirations to expand into specialized segments of de-addiction, child development disabilities, dementia care, etc.About the roleSukoon is seeking an Clinical Psychologist who will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive therapeutic services to patients struggling with mental health challenges. The ideal candidate for this role:Feels comfortable working with cross functional teamsWill be to assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventionsWill directly contribute to the recovery and rehabilitation of patientsResponsibilities:Conduct OPD sessions dailyKeep residents engaged through activitiesMaintain the highest standards of clinical careMaintain a patient-first approachConducting psychological assessmentsExecute clinical program as directed by Center Head and Medical DirectorSuggest and recommend strategies for the betterment of the organizationCollaborate with other departments when neededQualifications:Current and valid board certificationM.Phil. (Clinical Psychology) from an accredited universityHospital experience required4+ years of work experienceFamiliarity with current DSM criteriaStrong working knowledge of general psychological principles and practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
