The candidate must have hands-on experience assisting in surgical procedures, including:Laparoscopic Gynecology & Obstetrics surgeriesUrology surgeriesOther general and specialized surgeries as assignedKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain OT equipment, surgical instruments, and sterile suppliesAssist surgeons and nursing staff during surgeriesEnsure proper sterilization and infection control protocolsSupport in pre-operative and post-operative patient careMaintain OT documentation and recordsCoordinate with surgical team for smooth workflowRequired SkillsStrong knowledge of OT protocols and surgical instrumentsExperience in laparoscopic & urology proceduresAbility to maintain sterilization & aseptic techniquesGood communication & teamwork skillsAbility to handle OT emergenciesQualificationDiploma / Degree in OT Technician / OT TechnologyRelevant hospital experience preferredNoteImmediate joiners will be preferred
