Role Description We are seeking a Billing & Claims Specialist with dental insurance experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and familiar with dental billing processes. You will be responsible for submitting claims, posting payments, verifying insurance, and following up on outstanding balances. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit dental insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner. Post insurance and patient payments in practice management systems. Follow up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure resolution. Communicate with dental offices, insurance companies, and patients as needed. Maintain confidentiality of patient and practice information. Qualifications: Experience in dental billing and insurance claims (required). Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, etc. is a plus). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Intermediate English skills (verbal and written).
