Occupational Therapy - Fellow

At Thrive by Learning Matters (our vertical dealing with neurodiverse children aged 18 months to 18 years), we’re looking for an Occupational Therapy Fellow - someone who is not just equipped with a BOT degree, but also carries curiosity, compassion, and courage. Location: Green Park, New Delhi Candidate should: Have BOT Have Good Communication Skills Be passionate to work in paediatric set up Have a strong willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and a child-centric approach At Thrive you will: - Work under the guidance of senior Occupational Therapists to enhance clinical skills. - ⁠Conduct assessments and assist in developing individualized intervention plans. - ⁠Independently handle sessions with children, with periodic supervision. - ⁠Document session notes, track client progress, and adjust plans as needed. - ⁠Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and training modules. - ⁠Engage in parent education and collaborative goal setting.
