Sereni Orizzonti is one of the biggest companies in Italy whithin elderly care sector.  We own and manage around 90 facilities all over the country for a total of about 6.000 residents.  We are looking for nurses to work with us in our nursing houses all over Italy.  JOB DESCRIPTION - plan, manage and evaluate nursing care, drawing up and updating the individual care plan with the team.  - prevent and manage the complications related to chronicity and bedriddenness, such as pressure sores, infections and falls. - work in collaboration with ward staff, ensuring continuity of care and effective management of resources. - assign tasks to the social health worker, who performs them and ensure that the social health worker performs the assigned tasks correctly.  REQUIREMENTS: Valid Degree in Nursing; Registration in the Indian professional register of nurses; Availability for relocation to Italy; If your goal is to come living and working in Italy, send us your CV and we will call you for an online interview, explaining all the details of the position.
