Head of Corporate & Government Affairs

Role Overview :Lead external engagement with central/state governments, regulators, and industry bodies in a highly regulated environment. Drive policy advocacy, corporate reputation, and stakeholder strategy to enable a stable and growth-oriented business environment.Key Responsibilities:Government & Regulatory Affairs:- Engage with ministries and regulators (incl. CIB&RC); drive advocacy on registrations, imports, compliance, and regulatory policiesCorporate Affairs:- Lead reputation, ESG communication, and crisis management; act as spokesperson when requiredIndustry Engagement:- Represent in key industry bodies (CropLife, FICCI, CII); shape policy positions and alliancesStakeholder Management:- Build strong relationships with policymakers, institutions, and agri-ecosystem stakeholdersRequirements:- 10+ years in Government/Corporate Affairs in a regulated industry- Strong government and industry network in India- Solid understanding of regulatory and political landscape- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Degree in IR/Law/Business (Postgraduate preferred)
