Manager - MSME Research & Government Advisory - 7+ Years - Delhi NCR/ MumbaiGovernment Consulting | Public Policy | Policy Advisory | MSME ResearchA research and consulting focused role where you will evaluate SME/MSME sectors, generate market, policy, and program-level insights, and support lenders, public institutions, multilateral agencies, and government bodies (including the Ministry of MSME) with data-backed solutions to improve decision-making and credit strategies.Location: Delhi NCR/ MumbaiYour Future Employer: A global analytics and research firm advising lenders, corporates, and public institutionsResponsibilities:Continuously tracking SME/MSME sector trends, government initiatives, MSME programs, and identifying research-led product ideas to solve lender and public-sector challenges.Analysing high-frequency market and economic indicators, demand-supply patterns, price movements, trade dynamics, and program-level data relevant to MSME sectors.Presenting sector insights, policy and program impact assessments, and industry analyses to clients and senior stakeholders, including government stakeholders.Interpreting major economic events, government policies, and Ministry of MSME schemes and translating findings into actionable guidance.Working with large financial, economic, and MSME datasets to extract meaningful, decision-oriented insights.Requirements:Strong understanding of SME/MSME business landscape, credit ecosystem, and macroeconomic fundamentals.Experience in research, consulting, analytics, or financial analysis with exposure to MSME sector, government consulting / public advisory, Ministry of MSME projects, multilateral or PSU-led programs, capacity building, or skill development initiatives.Ability to work with large datasets, economic indicators, and sector or program-level data to derive strategic insights.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Post-graduation in Economics / Finance / Management / Public Policy or relevant field preferred.What’s in it for you?High-impact role with client and government exposure, opportunity to influence MSME credit and policy strategies, and growth within a domain-leading research and public advisory environment.Reach Us: If you feel this opportunity is well aligned with your career progression plans, please feel free to reach me with your updated profile at vanika.arora@ for a confidential discussion on the role.Disclaimer: Crescendo Global specializes in Senior to C-level niche recruitment.
