: New Delhi / Gurgaon/ Hybrid : Full-time | Entry to Mid-Level (1–3 years’ experience)Boutique government affairs firm helping organizations navigate India's regulatory landscape through policy advocacy and stakeholder engagement.We seek a proactive and intellectually curious Public Policy & Government Affairs Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a consulting background and should possess awareness of India’s regulatory environment. This role will support policy strategy development, manage client deliverables, and help drive government outreach across central and state agencies.● Monitor legislative and regulatory developments across key sectors ● Draft policy notes, client memos, and advocacy documents ● Engage with ministries, regulators, MPs, and industry bodies ● Prepare for policy meetings and parliamentary consultations● 1-3 years of experience in public policy, legal/policy research, or consulting (including internships at ministries, think tanks, or with MPs) ● Graduate/Postgraduate in Public Policy, Law, Political Science, Economics ● Prior Consulting experience ● Ability to deliver a structured thought process amongst complex policy developments’ ● Work closely with senior advisors, former policymakers, and institutional clients ● Strategic exposure to key policy verticals and regulatory themes shaping India’s economy ● Flat team structure, hands-on mentorship, and high-growth learning environmentInterested Professionals can send their CVs along with a writing sample and cover letter to hr@
