Quality Inspector

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.- Perform in-process inspections at various stages of production to identify defects or deviations from requirements.- Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of findings.- Collaborate with production, supply chain teams and China team to address quality issues promptly.- Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers, vernier calipers, and other inspection instruments effectively.- Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings to verify product conformance.- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on quality trends and potential areas of concern.- Provide preliminary answers to questions related to the quality aspects of the factory audit of the owner or supervisor, and communicate with the Chinese team to get clarification- Supervise the implementation of relevant changes in the workshop, and report abnormal situations to the Chinese team- Follow up the non-conforming products in the workshop, establish a non-conforming product ledger, synchronize to the Chinese team, and retain disposal records, photos, etcQualifications:- Diploma in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar).- Prior experience in incoming and in-process inspection within the wind power industry is highly preferred.- Alternatively, experience in incoming and in-process inspection in the automotive industry will be considered.- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, vernier calipers, gauges).- Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
