Repair Technician

Job Summary: Tonbo Imaging Pvt Ltd is seeking a Service Engineer to join our After Sales Customer Support Cell in New Delhi. The role involves interacting with the customers in northern part of India and resolve the issues related to the products being used by them to ensure customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Customer Interaction and Support Maintain a constant liaison with the customers to understand the problems/issues being faced by them. Collaborate with customer support team at Bangalore for early resolution of the problems related to the products. Product Evaluation and Analysis : Conduct diagnosis through troubleshooting to find out the cause of failure. Repair and Refurbishment : Undertake repairs related to mechanical components as per the written instructions and procedures. Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Ensure serviceability and calibration of measuring instruments and gauges. Testing and Validation : Perform system level testing of mechanical components. Ensure proper documentation and report generation. Continuous Improvement : Provide feedback to the Bangalore team on suggested changes/improvements to be done based on the customer feedback. Maintain stock of finished products, spares, assembly/testing tools to meet customer requirements. Flexible to take service calls & visit customer locations for field support. Qualifications B.E / Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Mechatronics. 2-3 years working experience in assembly/manufacturing of electro-mechanical systems. Quality Control for mechanical / electronic components & processes. Working knowledge on testing of PCBs / electrical systems is desirable. IQC of mechanical parts, PCBs, Cables and electronic accessories (batteries, chargers, adapters) and inspection report generation. Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Basic computer navigation and utilization skills, MS word, email, ppt.
