This internship focuses exclusively on coal preparation, washability, and dry beneficiation , giving you real-world exposure to next-generation clean-coal engineering. NovaGenesis: Critical-mineral recovery – selective hydrometallurgical extraction for strategic materials. Note: Novasensa also works in other verticals, but this internship is strictly for coal preparation and dry beneficiation. Fast-track career growth through performance-based PPO opportunities. What You’ll Work On 1. Coal Characterization & Evaluation Conduct proximate, ultimate, and washability analysis . Assess ash distribution, size fractions, and coal suitability for beneficiation. 2. Pilot Operations & Testing Assist with test runs on dry coal separation equipment (air-based, XRT, or FGX systems). Record and interpret performance data – throughput, yield, and ash reduction. 3. Technical Documentation & Reporting Maintain test data, SOPs, and process logs. Prepare concise performance summaries and technical reports. 4. Regulatory & Engagement Support Help with quality certification documentation and safety protocols. Contribute to PSU and government tender preparation materials. Who Should Apply Students or recent graduates in Mining Engineering, Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, Mineral Processing, or Fuel Engineering. Exposure to coal preparation, washability analysis, or beneficiation plants is desirable. Strong analytical and communication skills. Keen interest in coal technology, plant operations, and industrial R&D. Applications from e-waste, battery recycling, or chemical-engineering backgrounds will not be considered.
