Warehouse and Store Manager

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Store Manager to oversee inventory control, stock movement, and daily operations within the warehouse store. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods, while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities : Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse store, including receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of inventory. Co-ordination with account team. Supervise and lead a team of storekeepers, pickers, and warehouse assistants. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts, audits, and system updates. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all material movement (inbound and outbound). Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to support smooth operations. Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to minimize stock variances and losses. Ensure optimal utilization of storage space and maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Oversee proper labeling, stacking, and safe handling of goods and materials. Generate regular inventory and stock movement reports for management. Qualifications : Graduate/Postgraduate in Any Stream. 2 –5 years of warehouse operations. Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Required Skills : Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/store management or inventory control. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and MS Excel. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or warehouse best practices. Ability to lift, move, or operate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts—certification is a plus). Pay range and compensation package : Salary 6 - 8 LPA.
