Retail Projects & Maintenance Manager

Modern Quests is a premium multi-channel retailer that sells home decor & accessories from design-led international and domestic brands. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Retail Project & Maintenance Manager to lead the end-to-end setup of new retail stores and to manage regular maintenance of our retail & warehouse locations. Budgeted Salary Range: INR 40,000 - 50,000 per month Location: New Delhi - Based out of Saket or Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate Main Responsibilities Include: Oversee all phases of new store development projects from initiation to opening Coordinate with teams such as designer, contractor, developer, internal management Monitor construction progress and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays Oversee installation of fixtures, fittings, technology systems, and visual merchandising Maintain accurate project records and prepare regular status updates Oversee maintenance of various stores & warehouses to ensure timely resolutions of issues Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Retail Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in retail project management & maintenance Strong knowledge of retail projects, store layout design, and construction processes Willingness to travel frequently to store locations
