Our innovative, cost-effective solutions are tailored to meet each client's unique needs.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loadmaster located in Mumbai. The Loadmaster will handle day-to-day tasks including overseeing the loading and unloading of aircraft, ensuring compliance with weight and balance regulations, and coordinating with ground and aircrew to ensure safe and efficient operations. The Loadmaster will also manage hazardous materials and ensure adherence to crew resource management protocols.Qualifications Knowledge of Aircraft and Aircraft Systems Experience with Air Force operations and Hazardous Materials handling Understanding of Crew Resource Management concepts Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Relevant certifications in loadmaster services or related fields Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus
