Kitchen OperationsMaintain cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI guidelinesMonitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teamsMinimize food wastage and optimize ingredient usageEnsure proper storage of food items (FIFO method)3. Team CoordinationCollaborate with kitchen staff and service team for smooth operationsTrain junior chefs and kitchen helpersMaintain discipline and ensure adherence to kitchen protocols4.
