The Steward will be responsible for ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests, including setting up tables, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer needs with professionalism. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, adhering to food safety standards, and collaborating with the kitchen and other staff to uphold a high level of service quality. The role may also involve training and mentoring new team members when required. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service and strong interpersonal Communication skillsKnowledge of Food & Beverage handling, menu items, and food safety regulationsExperience in Food Service and familiarity with table setting standards and service etiquetteTraining experience or willingness to assist in onboarding and developing new team membersAbility to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism under pressureHigh school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or culinary certification is a plusPrevious experience in a fine dining or hospitality environment is advantageous
