ResponsibilitiesOwn Regional DITA PerformanceDrive sales, mix, AWO and overall growth of dine-in & takeaway channel in the regionDrive Store Execution ExcellenceEnsure stores are fully DITA-ready across Infra, People, Proposition, Hygiene, GSR ReadinessLead Audits & Performance ImprovementConduct regular audits, leverage Mystery Audits, identify gaps and ensure timely closure to improve store performance.Field Immersion & BenchmarkingUndertake frequent field visits, mystery shopping and benchmark against best-in-class stores to recommend the right DITA proposition and help with store readinessOwn In-Store Customer ExperienceEnsure consistent and high-quality dine-in experience across all stores in the region.Support DITA-Focused Expansion (NSOs)Identify and recommend high-potential dine-in locations and provide inputs on store format & design. Required SkillsStrong Business Ownership Mindset - ability to drive store/cluster performance with clear understanding of levers like AWO, BPO, EBITDA and sales mix.Customer Experience Orientation - Proven track record of improving in-store experience with attention to service, hygiene, and customer behaviour.Multi-Store Execution Excellence - ability to drive consistent execution across multiple stores and improve underperforming units.Data-Driven Decision Making - Comfortable using metrics to identify issues, prioritize actions, and track impact.Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Influence - Can work effectively with marketing, training, and frontline teams to drive outcomes.
