● Understand ESSC and its Values, Vision, and Goals● Understand the importance of your role in the growth of the company● Understanding the needs of the brand● Setting realistic goals for the campaign● Ideation to Execution of the campaign with credible Creators● Looking at Data and consumer insights in parallel● Follow and enforce ESSC's policies and good practices with your team ● Ensure 100% client retention● Create quarterly roadmaps● Execute the approved roadmaps● Track new/upcoming SME, Creators, etc● Meet Talent Agencies once a month● Identify impactful, innovative campaigns to stay ahead of trends● Trend forecasting● Event Reports● Negotiations● Timely Invoicing & Payouts to be maintained● Contracts to be signed & all other paperwork to be maintained● Demarcate lists based on Gen-Z, Gen-Alpha(if needed), Buzz, Brand Building, Sales ● Maintain a resource bank of Talent Agencies. Stylist & like● Build relationships to secure better rates● Maintain weekly/daily database of new influencersWorking Days - Mon to Fri, last Saturday workingWorking Hours - 9:30am - 6pmLocation - Delhi/Mumbai
