An exciting opportunity to join aleading and well-established FMCG organizationwith a strong legacy in theFood & Beverages space , now rapidly expanding itsE-Commerce and Quick Commerce business .Location:Connaught Place, New Delhi Experience:8–12 yearsRole Overview This is ahigh-impact rolewhere you will own and drive theend-to-end E-Commerce business , includingD2C and Quick Commerce channels , with a strong focus onrevenue growth, platform partnerships, and digital expansion .Key Responsibilities Driveoverall E-Commerce strategy, growth, and profitability Manage and grow partnerships with leading Q-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket) Own and optimize theD2C websitefor revenue growth and conversion improvement Leaddigital marketing initiativesincluding SEO, performance marketing, and campaign planning Ensurestrong product visibility, listings, and merchandisingacross platforms Overseeinventory planning, fulfillment, and availabilityto support business growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Supply Chain, Finance) Track and optimize key metrics such asGMV, conversion rates, ROI, and ROASIdeal Candidate Profile 8–12 years of experience inE-Commerce / Digital Sales within FMCG (Food & Beverages preferred) Strong exposure toQuick Commerce platforms + marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart) Experience inD2C website management (Shopify or similar platforms) Proven track record ofdriving revenue / GMV growth Strong understanding ofdigital marketing, SEO, and performance campaigns Ability to manageplatform relationships and business growthIf you’re someone who enjoysbuilding and scaling digital commerce businesses , this role offers great visibility and growth.
