Job Title: Executive Food & BeverageLocation: Delhi Reports to: Sr. Executive - F&B/ Manager Food & Beverage JOB Description The Executive- F&B is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience while maintaining service standards and hygiene norms.1) Key Welcome and greet guests in a courteous and professional manner2) Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly3) Ensure table setup and cleanliness as per outlet standards4) Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and promotions5) Handle guest queries and complaints politely and escalate when required6) Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow7) Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times8) Assist in billing and payment processes when required9) Ensure compliance with hotel/service SOPsKey Requirements Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification. 1–3 years of Food & Beverage experience in hospitality. Prior experience in F&B service preferred. Eye for detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Food & Beverage, equipment, and safety protocols.
