Our product range includes more than 200 bakery ingredients used by B2B customers worldwide.Role Overview:Product Application Chef – Bakery (Field Role | North India)We are hiring a Product Application Chef – Bakery, based out of Delhi, to support customers and the sales team across the North India region. This is a field-intensive, customer-facing role focused on bakery trials, demonstrations, and on-site technical support. The role contributes to market development by supporting customer relationships and strengthening SwissBake’s presence within the professional bakery market.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct on-site bakery trials, product demonstrations, and application support at customer locations.Work closely with the sales team to support customer trials, onboarding, and product adoption.Provide practical technical support and troubleshoot bakery and formulation challenges.Train bakery teams and production staff on correct product usage and application techniques.Develop and customise bakery recipes based on customer needs and regional preferences.Capture and share structured customer feedback and market insights with R&D and Marketing teams.Support workshops, sampling activities, exhibitions, and customer events as required.Travel extensively across the North India region as part of regular field activity.RequirementsDegree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Baking & Patisserie, Hotel Management, or a related field.2 to 6 years of experience as a Bakery Application Chef, Bakery Chef, or in a technical bakery role.Strong understanding of bakery ingredients, mixes, premixes, and production processes.Comfortable working independently in a field-based role with frequent travel.Good communication skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach.Proficiency in English is must.Must be based out of Delhi.Willingness to travel within North India.
