The ideal candidate will have proven experience in luxury hospitality or travel trade sales, with a strong understanding of domestic market trends and client expectations.What You’ll Do & What We’re Looking ForMarket Expansion:* Develop and execute sales plans targeting domestic travel partners, OTAs, and corporate clients.* Identify and onboard new business partners across Tier 1 and Tier 2/3 cities.Client Relationship Management:* Build and nurture relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts.* Ensure a superior client experience through consistent engagement and follow-ups.Revenue Growth:* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.* Leverage data and insights to optimize business development efforts.Representation & Promotion:* Represent Antara Cruises at trade fairs, roadshows, and networking events.* Act as a brand ambassador to promote Antara’s domestic cruise experiences.Collaboration:* Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align offers, campaigns, and itineraries with market demand.Qualifications:* Graduate degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.* Minimum 10 years of experience in sales within luxury travel, cruises, or hospitality.* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.* Willingness to travel across India.Salary Range: ₹20 LPA – ₹36 LPAWhy Join Antara Cruises?* Be part of India’s leading luxury river cruise brand redefining experiential travel.* Opportunity to shape the growth of Antara in the domestic luxury market.* Work with an innovative and passionate team in a fast-evolving sector.
