Job Location :Nehru PlaceRole DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef with 4–5 years of professional culinary experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, designing menus, maintaining food quality standards, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Develop and design innovative menus that align with the restaurant’s standards and customer preferences. Ensure consistent food quality, flavor, and presentation across all dishes. Maintain inventory levels, manage food costs, and minimize wastage through effective planning. Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow. Enforce hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards as per FSSAI and company guidelines. Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth service operations. Monitor kitchen equipment and coordinate maintenance or repairs when needed. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of quality ingredients. Handle customer feedback related to food quality and make necessary improvements.Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a culinary leadership role, preferably in a reputed restaurant or hotel. Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management (preferred). Strong knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and current food trends. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
