The ideal candidate will have proven experience in luxury hospitality or travel trade sales, with a strong understanding of domestic market trends and client expectations.What You’ll Do & What We’re Looking ForMarket Expansion: * Develop and execute sales plans targeting domestic travel partners, OTAs, and corporate clients. * Identify and onboard new business partners across Tier 1 and Tier 2/3 cities. Client Relationship Management: * Build and nurture relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts. * Ensure a superior client experience through consistent engagement and follow-ups. Revenue Growth: * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies. * Leverage data and insights to optimize business development efforts. Representation & Promotion: * Represent Antara Cruises at trade fairs, roadshows, and networking events. * Act as a brand ambassador to promote Antara’s domestic cruise experiences.
