Job Title: Restaurant Manager (Beach Club) Location : Dubai Reports To : General Manager About The Company : Our Client is a reputed Hospitality Company with a presence of over 30 years in UAE. Their portfolio comprises of diverse restaurant brands ranging from highly acclaimed beach clubs, award-winning modern European Gastropubs to casual dining concepts across multiple locations. About The Role: The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. This role focuses on achieving revenue and profitability targets, maintaining high standards of service and quality, and driving both guest and team satisfaction. Salary Range : equivalent INR 2.50 – 2.80L pm+ Service Charge + Benefits DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities 1.Taking full accountability for the restaurant's business, operations quality, and teams performance 2.Creating accountable environment of superior service that maximises the guest satisfaction 3.Addressing guest needs, comments, and complaints 4.Ensuring staff schedule is prepared for appropriate staffing and manning as per the business levels 5.Ensuring department SOPs are kept updated, and all Colleagues are trained and working as per them 6.Tracking and following up on the progress of Food Cost Report, purchase allocation, Mystery shoppers action plan update, Service Readiness % and Menu Knowledge % 7.Hosting daily briefing or meetings ensuring proper communication of operational needs are addressed 8.Identifying training needs, proposing training plans and, hosting On-Job training to maintain service quality and standards 9.Monitoring hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of all service equipment as per the restaurant standard 10.Benchmarking the best external competitor offerings in the local market and suggesting them to the owners General Responsibilities 1.Updating of the FAQs KIOSK and ensuring colleagues are implementing the knowledge at the work 2.Monitoring and measuring the performance of the team on Service Readiness, Menu Knowledge to improve quality and knowledge 3.Creating detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses 4.Setting budgets and presenting them with appropriate backup documents to the Corporate Office 5.Controlling operational costs and identify measures to cut waste 6.Ensuring personal grooming and hygiene standards are strictly followed plying with the restaurant environmental, health and safety policies and procedures Preferred Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in food and beverage Service with reputed Hotel Brands/ Standalone Fine Dining Restaurants , in INDIA with at least 2 years as Asst Restaurant Manager/Restaurant Manager . Proven track record of handling Restaurant operations in a Deluxe hotel or Exceptional Stand Alone environment in India. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills and ability to lead a team of multi cultural associates. Past International Experience would be an asset. Valid Passport is compulsory. Ability to work under pressure Excellent grooming standards
