Role Description This full-time, remote role for a Fresher Engineer at Alligator Automations involves working with our engineering team to design, develop, and implement automation solutions. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting research, assisting in system troubleshooting, and supporting project execution from concept to completion. The role also includes participating in team meetings and continuously updating technical knowledge. Qualifications Basic understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Automation principlesStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering toolsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsGood communication skills, both written and verbalWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologiesBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fieldsPrevious internship or project experience in engineering fields is a plus
