It is already live, already in market, and already solving meaningful problems for real users.We are now looking for a senior engineer to help shape the next stage of the platform as we continue to build, strengthen, and scale it.Role DescriptionWe are hiring a Senior Product Engineer to join Viera OS full-time.This is a hands-on senior software role for someone who wants real ownership inside an AI-nativeproduct with real users and real product complexity. You will help build meaningful new functionality while also making the platform stronger, clearer, and more reliable as it grows.You will work across backend, frontend, product logic, data, and AI-powered workflows where needed. You will partner closely with the founder, contribute to important technical decisions, and take ownership of meaningful parts of the product.This is not a junior role, not a pure AI research role, and not a management-only role. We are looking for someone who can ship real product work, handle complexity calmly, and improve the system without turning every problem into a rewrite.Responsibilities - Build meaningful product improvements across the platform - Own important pieces of product and technical decision-making - Work across backend, frontend, data, and AI-powered workflows where needed - Strengthen reliability, maintainability, and platform quality as the product grows - Help solve hard product and engineering problems without creating chaos elsewhere - Partner closely with the founder on execution, tradeoffs, and prioritiesQualifications - Strong JavaScript or TypeScript experience - Strong backend and API experience, ideally with Node.js - Experience shipping production software for real users - Experience working across systems, not only in one narrow layer - Strong product instincts and problem-solving ability - Experience shipping AI-powered features, LLM workflows, or agentic product behavior in production - Ability to balance shipping speed with long-term platform quality - Strong communication and comfort working directly with a founder in a fast-moving environment Must Have Experience - React or modern frontend product experience - Experience with AI orchestration, tool calling, evals, or prompt/versioning - Experience with authentication, persistence, and reliability work - Experience in startup or early-stage product environmentsHow To Apply:Please send your LinkedIn or resume, plus two short notes: - a complex product or system you helped strengthen - an AI-powered feature or workflow you shipped in production and what made it hardThen add: GitHub, portfolio, or relevant code samples are welcome but not required.
