We’ve powered Census outreach, voter participation, and COVID relief for 10M+ peopleThe RoleWe’re looking for a QA Engineer (manual & automated) to ensure the quality and reliability of our SMS, telephony, chatbot, web, and AI-driven solutions. You’ll work closely with developers and product managers to enhance testing through automation, AI-powered tools, and model-based testing.Key ResponsibilitiesTest Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute manual & automated test plans for SMS, IVR, chatbots (ML & static), and web apps.Identify testing scope, risk areas, and success criteria.Manual & Automated TestingTest functional, regression, and edge-case scenarios across platforms.Validate UI/UX, API integrations, and system workflows.Perform model-based testing to validate ML-driven chatbot responses.Use AI-driven tools (e.g., Testim, Applitools) for visual testing & defect prediction.Ensure compliance with TCPA, GDPR, and industry standards for SMS/chatbots.Conduct performance testing for high-volume SMS campaigns.AI & Machine Learning in QAUtilize AI-based automation frameworks for smarter test execution.Apply AI-powered defect detection for predictive analytics.Implement AI-driven test case generation to optimize test coverage.Defect Tracking & ReportingLog and track issues in Jira with clear reproduction steps.Collaborate with developers to resolve bugs efficiently.Process ImprovementPropose automation strategies and tool integrations.Enhance testing workflows with AI-driven methodologies.What You Bring✔ 5+ years of experience in software testing (manual & automated).✔ Strong knowledge of functional, non-functional, and model-based testing.✔ Expertise in SMS, telephony (IVR), chatbot, and AI-driven testing.✔ Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestRail, and AI-powered tools (Testim, Applitools, Mabl).✔ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) (preferred).✔ Agile/Scrum experience + solid analytical/problem-solving skills.
