Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect, located in New Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful integration of design and technical elements. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed architectural plans, collaborating with team members and clients, and overseeing all phases of the design and construction process while adhering to timelines and budgets. The role also involves managing project deliverables and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. QualificationsExpertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with strong creativity and focus on functionality.0-3 years of ExperienceProficiency in Software Development and Integration to support technical aspects of design and project delivery.Proven experience in Project Management, with skills in planning, organizing resources, and ensuring timely project execution.Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.Working knowledge of sustainable design principles and modern architectural trends is a plus.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent tools is highly desired.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field is required.
