Job Title: CAD Automation LeadLocation: Chennai, Hyderabad and PuneExperience: 8+ YearsJob Description:Roles and Responsibilities:Design and define the architecture for scalable desktop applications and plugins.Ensure software design follows SOLID principles and established coding standards.Make technical decisions on tools, frameworks, and development patterns.Provide a solution to the blocker or any technical aspectsDiagnose and provide a solution for the development blocker or issuesParticipate in 100% of critical code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.Application performance (the application does what it’s supposed to do without consuming more CPU, memory, or other resources)Enforce coding standards, security protocols, CI/CD processes.Additional Skills:Lead day-to-day development activities.Break down features into tasks and assign them to developers.Make technical choices between frameworks, libraries, and design approaches.Work with project/product managers to plan sprints and estimate timelines.
