BIM-Engineer Architect/Civil

As a BIM Modeler specializing in architecture, your role involves creating and managing detailed 3D Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop accurate representations of the building's design and coordinate various architectural elements. Roles and responsibilities of a BIM Modeler shall be as follows Develop 3D BIM models for architectural elements based on design documents, sketches, and specifications provided by architects.Utilize BIM software tools to create detailed representations of the building's exterior and interior.Conduct clash detection analysis to identify and resolve clashes between architectural components and other disciplines.Integrate architectural-related data, such as material specifications, finishes, and building components, into the BIM model.Assist in generating quantity takeoffs and material schedules from the BIM models to support cost estimation and procurement activities.Participate in coordination meetings with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address model-related issues.Effectively communicate and collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth information exchange.Continuously update and maintain the BIM models throughout the project lifecycle to reflect design changes and construction progress.Family creation for library and creating template file for projectsCreating topography and landscaping works in projects.
