We are looking for technically strong and cost-conscious professionals to join our Civil & Structural Engineering team for positions based in Delhi, Kolkata,and Hyderabad.1️⃣ Senior Design Engineer / Lead – Civil & Structural (Coal & Ash Handling Systems)Company: Indure Pvt. Ltd.Location: Delhi / Kolkata / HyderabadReporting to: Head – Engineering / DirectorRole Objective : To lead the civil & structural design function for coal handling and ash handling systems, with a strong focus on economical, optimized foundation and structural designs that reduce project cost and improve execution efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesA. Core Design Leadership (Critical Area) • Lead design of highly optimized foundations for: • Wagon Tipplers • Stacker Reclaimers • Crushers • Track Hoppers • Ensure minimum concrete, steel, and excavation cost while maintaining safety and performanceB. System-Wide Civil Design • Design and review: • Foundations for all CHP & AHP equipment • Pipe racks and support structures • Silos and bunkers • Equipment supporting structures • Ensure integration with: • Mechanical layouts • Piping and electrical requirementsC. Advanced / Preferred Experience (Not mandatory but highly desirable) • Exposure to design of: • Chimneys • Cooling towers • Turbine generator foundationsD. Design Optimization & Value Engineering • Continuously improve designs by: • Reducing overdesign • Standardizing foundation types • Implementing cost benchmarks across projects • Work closely with: • Projects team • Procurement teamTo align design with execution realitiesE. Software & Technical Capability • Expertin: • STAAD / ETABS / SAFE / equivalent • Strong understanding of: • Dynamic load analysis • Soil-structure interaction • Vibration and impact loadsF.
