The Group has achieved sensible growth in competitive markets through unique skills blended with innovativeness and accountability.As part of our continued growth and commitment to delivering excellence, we are seeking energetic, professional, and result-oriented candidates to join our dynamic team.Senior Design Engineer – Electrical Primary ResponsibilitiesResponsible for design and develop electrical systems and components.Providing design support for Various Electrical Services (HT/LT/ELV/ICA etc.) including design calculations and conceptual design drawings and creating detailed electrical schematics and diagrams.Overseeing the project’s conception, design and specifications and manage scheduling, estimating and securing materialsEnsuring proposals are compliance with the company’s quality procedures, client`s requirement and relevant/latest industry standards, international codes, planned timelines, allotted budget, company strategy and goals.Ensuring all paper works submission (e.g., Vendor Approval Submission, Project Reports and Schedule submission and works executed on sites are according to specification, drawings and project requirement)Monitoring and carrying out quality check on progressive completed workCo-ordinating with clients, consultants on the technical requirements and attend technical discussions and meeting with authorities, developer, and contractorsCo-ordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and own teams including group representatives for implementation of the projects and ensuring it is being built correctly and timely delivery of worksRepresents Company at technical meetings with clients, stake holders and serves as the company's technical representative to clients and suppliersWork closely with the procurement team and suppliersPerform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisorKey Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor` degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent Minimum 10 Years Experience in similar nature in the field of Building Service Engineering along with minimum 03 years’ work experience in Maldives.Fluency in MS Project, Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft OfficeGood Communication Skills and public relation Skills The selected candidate will be required work our projects at Maldives
