Lead Engineer - Steel Structure

We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer – Steel Structures with strong expertise in British Standards &Eurocodes. Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead the design, modelling, detailing, and checking of complex steel structures.Ensure designs and deliverables comply with BS, Eurocodes, and AISC standards.Oversee and validate models, drawings, and connection designs for accuracy and constructability.Manage, mentor, and guide engineers, modelers, and BIM technicians.Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and interdisciplinary teams.Lead technical meetings and resolve design/coordination issues.Necessary RequirementBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.10+ years of proven experience in structural steel design, modelling, and checking.Strong proficiency in Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools (Navisworks, BIM360, BIM Collab).Solid knowledge of BS, Eurocodes, and AISC standards.Experience in managing teams and delivering projects for international markets (UK, EU, US).Excellent communication skills for client-facing roles.
