As identity complexity grows beyond the enterprise, we’re building a platform that simplifies, unifies, and modernizes IAM—without ripping and replacing.We’re looking for a hands-on Implementation Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer engagement, and problem-solving.What You’ll DoLead end-to-end implementation of IAM solutions for customersGather and analyze customer requirements for IAM implementationsTranslate requirements into scalable implementation and integration plansDesign and implement user provisioning & deprovisioning workflowsConfigure and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) modelsImplement and manage identity lifecycle (Joiner–Mover–Leaver) processesExperience integrating enterprise applications with IAM platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)Configure and deploy ObserveID platform within customer environmentsTroubleshoot integration, provisioning, and access-related issuesWork closely with business and technical stakeholdersCollaborate with product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of hands-on experience implementing IAM platformsStrong understanding of:Identity lifecycle managementAccess governanceAuthentication & authorization modelsProven experience integrating applications with IAM tools like Saviynt, SailPoint, MIM, etc.Ability to gather requirements and translate them into execution plansStrong customer-facing communication skillsTechnical background in .NET / C#A critical thinker who can navigate ambiguity and solve real-world problemsStrong ownership mindset with a customer success-first attitudeAbility to work in US time zoneAvailable to join immediately or within a very short notice periodNice to HaveExperience working in enterprise or mid-market IAM transformationsFamiliarity with APIs, integrations, and cloud environmentsSecurity or IAM-related certificationsWhat Makes You a FitYou don’t just implement.
