Estimation and Proposal Engineer - EPC

Euro Mechanical is looking for an Estimation and Proposal Engineer - EPC.The Estimation & Proposal Engineer will prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for Oil & Gas, Energy, Power, and Utility projects. This role ensures proposals meet project schedules, budgets, and company standards, coordinating with project, procurement, engineering, and commercial teams, while identifying risks and providing strategic input for timely, optimized submissions.Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates and proposals for ITT, RFQ, and RFP submissions.Identify and mitigate technical and commercial risks to ensure compliant and competitive bids.Coordinate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to align scope, pricing, and schedules.Optimize costs through benchmarking, value engineering, and analysis of historical data.Maintain client relationships, support pre-bid meetings, and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.Ensure high-quality, structured, and timely submission of all technical and commercial proposals.Support seamless handover of awarded projects to the execution team with complete documentation.Requirements:Engineering degree in Mechanical, Production, or a related field.8+ years of experience in Proposal & Estimation within Oil & Gas, Power, Water, or Wastewater sectors, with strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.EPC contractor experience preferred, ideally with ADNOC project exposure.To express interest, please apply online and we will get in touch with the suitable candidates shortly.
